Each Diaz Designs Home piece is handmade in my Cotswolds studio, which makes every product unique. Each one will be slightly different, and will be individual to you. Once completed, I check each item for quality control before being shipped to you.
I take great care in the photography I use to represent each product, and all colours and descriptions are a true representation of what you will receive. However, please bear in mind that colours may look slightly different on different devices and screens. Different batches of wool may vary slightly in colour too, due to the hand dying process.
Delivery to the UK is free for all orders. International delivery is possible, please just contact me to discuss this through my contact page or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
As each product is made to order – I have to allow three weeks for delivery from the date of your order (this may vary at Christmas). I will of course make and deliver your item to you as soon as possible, but please remember these are bespoke, hand made items and so delivery times can vary. If you need your item urgently, please contact me to discuss your needs and I may be able to offer a high speed service.
Some of the more popular colours of wool I may have in stock, so any orders placed in these colours may be quicker.

My products are made to order to your specifications, so products will not be refunded due to a change of mind in colour, size, design, or lack of care. Please pay attention to my care info on my website, and included in your order when your product arrives. Merino wool needs to be looked after to have a long life span. Please bare this in mind when placing your order.
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, then it will need to be returned to me in the original packaging, with all original labels and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery. If needed, please contact me for the return address stating when the item was purchased. Please notify me within 7 days if you are unsatisfied with your product. Postage will only be refunded if a product is faulty, and I recommend you use a tracked service as I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Items remain your responsibility until they are safely returned to me.
